2-Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 Confirmation Page - When you fill out the DS-160, you get a confirmation page at the end of the process. You will need to print a copy of it and bring it with you to the visa interview.

Birth certificates of your children, letters from your employer showing that you are on leave and all other documents showing that you plan to return to your home country immediately after your visit to the USA.
Your ability to pay all costs for the trip - You shall prepare your bank statement, pay slips and business documents to show that you have the ability to pay for the trip. If you will be sponsored in part or in full by your host, then you will need that documentation from your host. Note that if you are fully sponsored, it will be difficult for you to show that you will return to your country after your visit.
