Sir i lost my passport

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that if you want to obtain a passport instead the lost one, you shall submit a report in the police department, then go to your country's embassy and apply for a passport instead of a lost one with a following requirements:
 
- 4 personal photos in the modern color and white background in addition to two pictures of each child added to the passport.
- Attach a copy of the missing passport, if any, and attach a copy of the family book, a copy of the ID card and the passport sequence, if any.

- Attach a police report and two copies of the communication,
