My company open in 7 month Dubai. We have 13 staff...
My company open in 7 month Dubai. We have 13 staff and now we are have 1 problem with staff. We have 3 staff complaining with court we no pay salaries ( we pay hand salaried but no have sign from staff) we are have call they for come take salaries but they no come and they leave to other companies work with we company visa. The Labor Law and Residence Law prevent the worker from working for someone other than the sponsor.
The company may file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources because of this.
