Visa applications should be submitted either through a Lithuanian consulate or a Lithuanian visa application centre.
In countries where there is no diplomatic or consular representation of Lithuania, applicants may submit applications through the consulate of a Schengen country representing Lithuanian consular interests.
In countries where there is neither a Lithuanian consulate nor a Schengen State consulate representing the consular interests of the State of Lithuania, applications may be submitted through the nearest Lithuanian consulate or embassy whose location is convenient for the applicant.
